Spa

Maison Alaena has only private treatment areas and no shared water areas.
Do not forget your bathing suit for the hammam.
Bathrobes, towels, sandals and disposable underwear are available.

Yoga

We provide mats, blocks and towels if you wish to shower after your class.

Health Information

Please inform us of your health condition at the time of booking and before your treatment, especially if you are pregnant.

Your personal belongings

Maison Alaena cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your visit.

Access for children

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Terms of payment

Payment will be required at the time of booking.
On site, payment can be made by credit card, cash or check.

Cancellation policy

It is possible to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Gift vouchers

You can offer a moment of well being at Maison Alaena by composing a customized Gift Certificate.
The gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
They are available on our website or on site at Maison Alaena.
